Do I have to get in the pool?

No, we will swim your dog for you, you will get involved by encouraging him/her by calling their name and maybe the use of a toy.

What should I bring?

Bring towels to dry your dog after his/her swim. We do sell drying robes and chamois to ensure your dog is really dry (and looking smart).

You could also bring a toy that floats or get a Kong Wubba from us which are perfect for swimming and has a ball inside!

You should expect to get a little wet so don’t wear your best clothes and maybe bring your wellies!

How do I pay?

We currently accept cash and cheque.

Will there be other dogs?

We will evaluate your dog’s needs during their first session. If they are coming for therapeutic reasons this may mean they have the pool to themselves or with a quiet dog.

Most sessions there will be more than one dog in the pool but we will discuss how your dog mixes with others before you arrive to ensure we book your dog into the right session! Another dog in the pool usually encourages your dog to enjoy their swim!
